No wonder kiwi is not capricious at all, it can be grown even at home. The best time to sow kiwi is from March to May.
Choose ripe fruits that are soft and smooth. Wash the fruit and divide it into several parts. Knead the filling carefully, pour the obtained porridge in a glass of hot water, mix and leave for some time
Then, after washing several times, the stones will start to float to the surface. Put the seeds on a napkin and leave for 2 to 4 hours to dry well.
Spread cotton or cloth on a flat plate and arrange the stones on it. Add a small amount of hot water. Cotton should absorb water.
Spread a polyethylene film on the stones and put it in a warm place. Take the film over the stones at night. Pour the required amount of water in the morning. In 7-10 days the kiwi seeds will germinate.
To sow, you need to take a flower pot for houseplants. It would be good to buy ready-made soil for tropical lianas. Keep on steam for two hours.
Put 2-3 stones at a depth of 5-10 mm, cover lightly with soil, water with room temperature water, cover tightly with a film. Put in a warm place and 3-6 days after the first sprouts appear.
Dilute moderately with non-tap water. Water 2-3 times a month in winter. During the vegetation period – twice a week. Spray the fruits with water in hot weather.
Kiwi planted from seed blooms in favorable conditions in the third or fourth year.
