The cutest tiny family ever. A mother and her dog were speeding through a popular Florida neighborhood earlier this month when 2 Tampa Police Dept officers saw them and decided to stop and assist.
Recntly, 2 police officers saw a mother and her pup zipping through a Florida community and decideed to pull over and provide assistance.
The cops’ day took a little turn for the better once the canines were apprehended and sent to the Humane Society of Tampa Bay.
A Facebook post said, “After going back to the area to look into it more, they saw a closed suitcase with squeals coming from within it, outside a vacation rental.”
The cops were startled to discover seven little pups inside the bag when they cautiously unzipped it.
When the case was eventually opened, the pups cried with joy. The cops recognized the pups were calling out for their mother—the dog they had just rescued hours earlier—when they pieced together the day’s happenings.
The statement read, “We are very thankful they came back to the scene to save these dogs.
“Our incredible team is taking care of all 7 of our 5-week-old pups in our pup nursery while mom, a Terrier mix, is here relaxing.”
The statement stated, “The puppies owe their survival to their mother who rushed about attempting to obtain assistance so she could pull her puppies out of the luggage.
All 7 puppies, along with their mother, are doing well despite being a bit dehydrated.
Although they aren’t yet suitable for adoption, they are nevertheless getting lots of attention and cuddles from the rescue personnel.
Although it’s still unknown how the pups got into the luggage, they are currently having fun under the watchful eyes of shelter personnel.
Regan Blessinger, a representative for the Animal Shelter of Tampa Bay, told The Dodo that the animals are “very lively and joyful, growing and becoming stronger.”
