Quarrie Modo is an adorable rescued bulldog with a tiny stature and a big voice.

He was surrendered to the Road Dog Rescue in Los Angeles, CA at only 8 weeks.
Quarrie Modo had two back legs that wouldn’t work, and a huge voice that wouldn’t quit.
After extensive work on his back legs, they were eventually usable, but his talking never stopped.
This adorable puppy found a forever home, besides the one in our hearts, of course.
