The oldest species of this bird is a seven-winged bird and is registered in the Guinness Book of Records. It is known that they can repair their nest in about a week. The female can lay three to seven eggs at once, from which the young hatch in about two weeks.
The parents take care of the children together and take turns to find food for them.
