There was a huge pit bull in one of the villages in Russia, and people avoided him because they were scared, but he wasn’t that terrible.

He took the dog to his house, gave him something to eat and made the dog bed in front of the house.
He named the dog Bass, and the woman lived alone, and from that day on they became good friends. Even Zinaïda told him his life story and the dog listened patiently. Although his relatives persuaded him that it was dangerous to keep the dog, he did not refuse the dog.
In the summer, his daughter’s family came to his house and loved the dog.
One day the girl’s boys were playing and suddenly someone fell into the river and couldn’t get out. The other got scared and called for help. When Bass heard them, he ran and jumped into the water. Now everyone in the village was talking about Bass’ heroic gesture.
