Since the day they initially encountered, these 2 have been great buddies.
Their tale will make you smile and serve as a gentle reminder of the strength of the bond that can exist between a person and a doggie.
However, let’s begin from the start. You know, her life didn’t completely get off to a smooth start.
In actuality, it was the complete reverse of that.
Nora was raised in a violent household and as a consequence, suffers from severe emotional scarring.
Nora was terrified of practically everyone and everything as a result of prolonged torture.
The doggie would lash out in fear every time somebody tried to approach her.
According to Elizabeth Spence, Archie’s mother, “at any moment of day you’re sure to find a mound of children, kittens and/or puppies laying about the home someplace.”
Until she met little Archie, that is. When Nora and the newborn first met, she readily recognized the child, and the two soon became nearly intimate.
She was first drawn to the kid by his laid-back demeanor, and their bond only became deeper over time.
All the creatures, especially Nora, “seem to really react to his being a really laid-back, cheerful, decent baby,” Spence added.
She has a history of abuse and is terrified of practically everything. Archie, however, not. She loves him so much!
Most probably, the infant gives Nora the stability and protection she needs to get past her difficult background.
