The internet is reeling after seeing devastating photographs of a sobbing pit bull called Blue King who was dumped by his owners at a California sanctuary.
Blue’s emotional reaction was unexpected. Fortunately, this story has a joyful ending!
Blue’s parents opted not to bring him to his new home and instead donated him to a dog shelter.
He refused to take a food handed to him by a shelter employee. The pet’s eyes were welling up with tears.
If no owners are identified for the canines at the Carson rescue in California, they are frequently euthanized.
The longer Blue remained at the rescue, the more likely it was that he would be euthanized.
The rescue personnel opted to assist the ailing doggie. They released a video of him online in the hopes of finding him a home. Luckily, Blue quickly found a home!
A woman called Jennifer picked Blue from among the numerous canines at the sanctuary.
She explains: «He appeared miserable and didn’t even glance at me. He didn’t even stir when the other canines were roaring and waging their tails.
