A heartwarming photo of a little child sobbing excessively while searching for his lost dog went popular on the Internet.
Luckily, it assisted the small man in finally reuniting with his canine companion!
Jonathan, 7, and his pet, Ryder, were great buddies. The youngster and his family adopted the puppy from a shelter when he was just a few weeks old.
They grew up together, so they had a special relationship. As you would guess, the child was horrified when Ryder went away.
They were walking through the streets of San Luis Potosi, when the dog went missing.
He was heartbroken and couldn’t quit searching the area for the pup.
Luckily, his perseverance and the influence of the Internet led him to Ryder.
After being published by an animals rights group, a picture of Jonathan clutching a sheet of paper with a photo of his doggie and the word “Lost” (translated from Spanish) became popular online.
«This little boy is seeking for his companion Ryder,» Adopt a Mascota tweeted.
«He travels the streets, crying, unable to locate him. Don’t give up, darling; you’ll find him.» Luckily, the doggie was discovered 2 days later.
«I received a phone call. I didn’t inquire about his name. He claimed to have my doggie.
And I requested if we might see the doggie,» Jonathan’s dad, Jose Feliciano, explained.
«I contacted my wife and asked if she might accompany me. When she arrived, she discovered our Ryder.»
The reunion of Jonathan and Ryder was surreal for both of them. They basically snuggled and embraced for hours!
«We will be eternally thankful to everyone who assisted us,» Jonathan’s aunt Alondra Alfaro stated on Facebook.
«My nephew is overjoyed with his puppy. Thank you to everybody who shared information with us and assisted us find our puppy, even if they didn’t know who we were.»
