And there are very few lives as complicated as that of soldiers. Especially because of the time they are forced to stay away from home, and with the uneasiness of knowing if they will return alive to tell about it.
These heroes without a cape, not only miss their partners and their children, but for those who have pets and really love them, having to separate from their furry children, is one of the most difficult tests.
Sometimes it can take years until they manage to hug their loved ones again.
The saddest thing about that hard separation is that sometimes the little animals miss their humans so much that they get depressed, going through a really heartbreaking chronic emotional picture.
That was the drama that soldier Hannah Foraker went through, who starred in an emotional reunion with her dog Buddy, in a video that has gone totally viral.
Certainly, there are countless videos of reunions between owners and pets on the net, and we can’t help but be surprised at how wonderful they are. But what the devastated golden retriever lived next to her beloved owner, will definitely warm your heart.
Buddy is a 13-year-old golden retriever who spent all of her time on earth with her best friend Hannah. But when the young woman turned 21, she enlisted in the army and went to basic training in Oklahoma.
Hannah definitely had a heartache when she had to say goodbye to her furry friend and her horse, Derby. She was away from home for several months, and one of the things that made her most excited, and what made her remain firm without ceasing to fight for her life, was to hug Buddy again.
So when Hannah returned home for Christmas after being absent from basic training for three months, she couldn’t wait to see Buddy. And the beautiful and faithful Buddy, of course, could hardly contain her happiness and excitement when she saw Hannah again.

Hannah and Buddy have been together since furry was a puppy. And despite her deafness, that was no obstacle to having the most beautiful reaction.
The moment she sees Hannah after three months of separation, she buries her head in her friend’s lap and begins to cry with happiness. Of course, that Hannah was too touched and began to caress her to comfort her, trying not to break completely.
At first, Buddy did not notice her presence, but as soon as he noticed that Hannah had returned home, he began to cry in a terribly touching way and threw himself on her with indescribable love.
“We opened the front door and she ran out and greeted me and my family, but then she looked back at me,” Hannah said.
