One day, the shelter received a call about an elderly dog who was tied up without food or water. 4 years ago, his owner died, leaving him with an older man who ended up neglecting him.
This 12 year old dog was suffering from serious skin conditions, had no teeth left, was very dirty and looked like he hadn’t taken a bath in a very long time.
They decided to name him Roger and sent him to the veterinary clinic because he was in urgent need of help.
Roger was treated and given the bath he needed before he found a family and moved in with his new loving family.
He is currently being treated for anemia, intestinal parasites, skin and ear problems.
Thanks to the love and support of his rescuers and family, the dog has changed not only on the outside, but also on the inside.
He has changed a lot and now lives happily with his new family. They love him very much and do everything that he needs.
